September 2025 marks 28 years of being “online.” My first web site, mawasi.com (1997), started as a vehicle to post information about African-American Heritage and African-centered rites of passage; including my book, African Centered Rites of Passage and Education (1996). Over the next few years, Mawasi.com grew and transformed into Afrocentric.Info, SuccessfulAcademics.com, and AfroSoul.Net.
